Odoo 20 now available

You can now select Odoo 20 when adding a new Odoo server on Cloudpepper, and create Odoo 20 instances on it right away.

Odoo 20 runs on Ubuntu 26.04 LTS with Python 3.14. When you add a Cloudpepper server with Odoo 20, Cloudpepper installs Ubuntu 26.04 for you. Servers created with an earlier Odoo version run an earlier Ubuntu or Debian release and cannot run Odoo 20. Add a new server to get started.

Your own server

For a server you connect over SSH, install Ubuntu 26.04 LTS before adding it to Cloudpepper. Ubuntu 26.04 is supported for Odoo 20 only. The supported combinations of operating system and Odoo version are listed in the Add server dialog and in Odoo OS compatibility.

Existing instances

Moving an existing database to Odoo 20 is a major version upgrade. See Upgrade Odoo to a major version.
