We have completed the migration of all Cloudpepper managed servers from Traefik to Nginx.
We made this change because Nginx is a better fit for our Odoo hosting architecture, giving us finer control over long running Odoo requests, file uploads, WebSocket handling, headers, buffering, and traffic protection.
It is also a natural match for Odoo’s reverse proxy setup and gives us a stronger foundation for exciting future platform features, including redirects and more flexible per domain configuration.
