Backup & Recovery
Cloudpepper backups are configured per Odoo instance. You can schedule automatic backups, choose retention per schedule, keep backups indefinitely when needed, download backups on demand, and keep copies in Cloudpepper Managed Backup Storage or your own S3 / SFTP-compatible storage.
For production instances, configure at least one automated backup schedule before go-live. For important systems, use multiple schedules, for example hourly backups for recent changes plus daily or monthly backups for longer retention.
Backups are built for recovery, not just storage. Cloudpepper tracks backup execution, supports direct downloads, and lets you restore a backup to another server from the dashboard, which gives you a quick recovery path if the original server suffers a major outage.
