How do I manage my payment method and billing details?

You can view and change your default credit card, as well as your default billing email address, on the Settings page under “Billing” of your My Cloudpepper dashboard. The new default card will be used for existing and any new subscriptions.

In case of a failed payment, our system will automatically try to charge your card on a daily basis.
